Please make sure you log into your account (returning players) or register an account (new players). We will start practice sessions the week of March 18. If you have any questions just ask! We are here to help your soccer player! Informational flyer SSC Youth Academy Boys and Girls Financial Agreement Letter--spring New players will need to turn in the following items: 2 head shots for player card use 1 copy of birth certificate MYSA Medical Release MYSA Membership Form. US Club Registration and Medical Form SSC Indoor Release and Waiver Returning players just need to turn in the Financial Agreement Letter. ALL PLAYERS need to register online ASAP (no later than February 22, 2013)
